I spent years in newsrooms, including USA Today and the LA Times, learning to write fast, clean, and accurately under real deadlines. Then I brought that discipline into ecommerce, where clarity and scale drive revenue.

For more than a decade, I’ve owned copy across thousands of SKUs, site pages, product launches, and email programs with hundreds of millions of sends. I specialize in SEO-driven product and UX copy that sounds human, performs consistently, and holds up long after launch. I think in ecosystems, not individual blog posts.
